Orrick’s CCPA team is pleased to provide you with our California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) Readiness Assessment Tool to help you evaluate your organization’s readiness for compliance with the CCPA.
To start a new assessment: Click on the “Create New” button below to access the Tool and begin the assessment questionnaire. You can submit your responses by clicking the “Submit Now” button found on the last page of the Tool.
To save or continue an incomplete assessment: Once you have completed Section A of the Tool, you can save your answers and update them later by (i) clicking the “Finish” button on any page of the Tool, which will bring you to the assessment submission page, and (ii) clicking the "Download Answers" button on the assessment submission page. When you are ready to continue the assessment, return to the Tool’s homepage and click the "Upload Answers" button to upload the "CCPA Readiness Assessment Answer Summary" file. The Tool will pre-populate the assessment with your draft responses, which you can then change as needed before you submit.
Please click the “Submit Now” button on the assessment submission page of the Tool only after you have completed the entire assessment. After submitting your responses, you will have the option to download a copy of all your answers to the questionnaire and a report describing your organization’s readiness for the CCPA based on your responses to the questionnaire.
Please contact Orrick’s CCPA team at [email protected] if you would like to learn more about CCPA compliance or to discuss entering a formal attorney-client relationship with Orrick.
